How to seize the day?




Everymorning you wake up you're given the opporunity to "seize the day", but sometimes you don't want to move. Hopefully this will help you guys get up and make the most of you life!

                               

Tip #1:
Wake up and take in the little things. Maybe you want to focus on how beautiful and soft that light seeping through your shades look, how gentle those sheets against your skin, or maybe how adorable (or hilarious) those snores sound coming from your dog across from you. Take a look out your window and let your eyes wander up to the beautiful sky , to the shiny sun, and wander down to the flowers and roses or the grass....Isn't mother earth beautiful?

Tip#2:
Take a few minuts to get your blood flowing. It doesn't take an hour yoga session to get your muscles warmed and ready for the day. Strech to the sky, and then to your side, and then take q deep breath while you reach to your toes.

Tip#3:
Open some windows just lettingsome fresh air in can relax your body and change your whole  mindset.

Tip#4:
If you're the kind of person who likes to wash their teeth before grabbing breakfast, like me,then so be it. But if you aren't, head to the kitchen inyour pajamas and messy hair.

Tip #5:
Drink a glass of water or maybe some berry tea or green tea before you eat your breakfast. Your system is almost dehydrated while you sleep, so usually when you wake up, your body is yearning for some ice cold water.

Tip#6:
Don't skip breakfast you'll learn tolove it when you get used to eating in the morning.

Tip#7:
Sit down and relax. Eat slowly and take in your surroundings. Walk into the day knowing it will be a great one. And if it's not? Make it a great one.
