Let's be fit together

Hello guys so today's article will be quite long but i hope you will like it :). So shall we start?


Our bodies are everything, without them we are just wilted plants, we live in them, we're stuck in them for our whole lives. So why wake up every single day to something you're not proud of and make you feel bad about yourself. That's why we should stay in shape, because our appearances affects our moods,  so with a healthy mind, daily exercising and a good diet  we can and we will feel good mentally and physically.
Shaping the body of your dreams is not something impossible, difficult but not impossible it only takes some motivation to start and believe me that is all you need to change you life for ever 
(yes life).

So follow this rules to become a better you and to stay motivated the whole way through your healthy journey

RULE #1: Believe in yourself to the max. Know that everything will work out.



In fitness, in life…it all starts with your mind. Your focus. If you want to have something, get something, go somewhere – it is ALL POSSIBLE. I am serious. And you know what? Nothing can stand in your way but yourself. You ignite your flame. And you can make yourself shine brighter. No one else can. So don't ever say "ohh  i can't do  this","ohh I can't do that", don't give yourself that talk, don't be harsh on yourself. don't underestimate yourself. Because you know what? Yes you can!  You are capable of doing things you never thought you could your body can achieve extraordinary stuff if you believe in yourself. don't underestimate yourself. And if you’re not gonna believe in yourself, who will!!?? If you fail, you learn. Learn to do it right the next time. When you succeed, no one is going to pin you down for how many times you fell down getting there. The only thing that matters is that you got there. And you know what!? Even if it takes a while with trial and error, you’ll know the road so well that you can help mentor anyone else from making the same mistakes you did. Every part of your journey counts.

RULE #2: Delete negative people out of your life so that you can grow stronger and happier.


Surround yourself with positivity and positive people and rid your life of  toxic people, toxic thoughts and toxic relationships. Surround yourself with people that inspire you to be a better you. A healthy environment helps to create a healthy mind.

RULE #3: You don’t fail until you stop trying. 




People who are successful are persistent and resilient. I mean, seriously, if you keep trying, you will eventually get where you want to go! You will. You just can’t stop until you get there.And when things get tough and you wanna quit…get in the  zone and push push push. You’ve got this!!!!

Rule #4: Be patient:



 Be patient. Changing yourself doesn't take one day or one week. It can takes weeks, months, years even; but you will get their eventually. So don't give up after a bad day there come always a new day tomorrow :)
